This is a wonderful restaurant. Very fine dining at moderate prices. Attentive and charming staff, smart, atmospheric and artistic interior, opposite historic sights, sets the wonderful food in perspective. Wine also excellent for the cost. What David m doesn't like about Au Carillon Gourmand:
Slightly surprised by the high rating here in retrospect. Food was good in places, dessert , was very goo. A few too mAny supplements. The wine list was comical, especially after reading a comment on here that it was good. Service was absent at times. Another member of staff needed, especially being a Saturday night Good for champagne and good value but for other regions vintages, and growers missing so under white R... View all feedback.
We went for dinner in september when it was not so hot anymore. The staff were very friendly and helped us with the menu. The food was good, An adres to keep in mind when we go back in the region.
We did not fully appreciate our experience in this restaurant For 70eur wine we would have expected more : the service was unpersonal, the (overall decent) wines were served in small bistro like glasses and dispite the nice presentation and good food quality, the dishes missed taste. So price quality non in balance
In the heart of the city, room with very contemporary design. nice and casual welcome. irreproachable plates and nicely presented. Regal from beginning to end. price of great wisdom.
Au carillon Gourmand er anbefalet af Michelin og er er fuld fortjent. Stedet er lækkert indrettet, men belysningen er lidt neon. Maden er virkelig lækker og velsmagende, vi tog menuen og men en pris på 30 euro var det et fund! Servicen er hurtig og venlig. Deres vinkort er stort og med mange champanger. Klart et besøg værd.
We have visited the restaurant several times. always it was a place to feel comfortable and relax. very good wine card. the service is always attentive and unobtrusive, the price/performance ratio is very good. desk reservation is urgently required as the restaurant is often booked in the evening.
