Our first visit to au P'tit Farphadet, Challans , can only be described as superb.Each dish was like a kaleidoscope of the chef's obvious love of good produce and its preparation and presentation.Be prepared for a symphony of colours and flavours shaved white asparagus spears served in infused oils with a light blend of cream and cottage cheese with chives,Salmon with a delicious herb crust and medley of fresh vegetables. Strawberry pavlova in a delicate meringue basket and pistachio cream.Sardines with garnish,slow cooked rabbit with rhubarb and spring vegetables, An assorted cafe gourmand,This three course top quality cuisine was on the 22 euro menu which was exceptional value,The restaurant seating is very comfortable and the ambience welcoming.Service was excellent.I can highly recommend au P'tit Farphadet and strongly advise booking in advance 02 51 49 02 93.We have definitely found our favourite restaurant in Challans,
