The owner was very friendly and it felt like eating at a friends home.

Recently... read more I tried her food several times. I never feel hungry for many hours after eating at the Demetra restaurant, which means that this is really nutritious. Recently I went to her Dirty Saturday and I enjoyed a lot of her vegan souvlakia and her yiaurtlu. On weekdays you always get a soup, a salad and a main dish that was several different flavors and it is very rich overall. Vegan macrobiotic is an excellent diet for mental and physical health and this restaurant is the only one of its kind, in Greece and I am happy, it is not far from where I am settled!

Demetra is a very special place for me, Kostas, and Catherina(she is a yoga teacher as well), owners of the restaurants appeared in my life at the beginning of... read more Demetra is a very special place for me, Kostas, and Catherina(she is a yoga teacher as well), owners of the restaurants appeared in my life at the beginning of my vegan journey. Every time we have dinner at their place, they make us feel part of the family. Their food is a blessing, which made the transition for me so easy. You can feel the love they put in their job by the taste of their beautiful dishes. I had their food every day for the past 3 months( daily menu) and I can only say I don't think I will get tired of it.I highly recommend this restaurant, and I want to thank them for all the love they have for people and our beautiful planet.
