Very good place for coffee, drink and eat!
We have visited this restaurant several times. One of my favourite dishes is the risotto. As for the breakfast, the omelette is very good and well served. As for the toast with avocado, it is a bit expensive, having in consideration that it only comes with a slice of toast.
I am an enthusiastic cocktail drinker and maker, and this barmann has so much enthusiasm for his work. he made me the best margarita I ever had (and trusted me, I had a lot of margaritas.) totally recommended and I can't wait to taste the other cocktails!
Faros is fast becoming our favourite place in Chalcis for the quality of food (both in the restaurant that we had eaten previously and at the cafe/beach area , location, views, convenience and service. Regarding service, we have been served by Maria K (sorry didn 't catch the surname other than it starts with a K , on the 3 occasions that we had visited in the last 2 days (that 's how much we like it there! ; Maria K is an excellent waitress/hostess and a good ambassador for Faros10. Always service with a smile, efficient and even compassionate when one of the children in our group started crying when she offered to pick her up and calm her down. She is a star and one of the reasons we keep coming back.
Had the mushroom risotto and Cretan salad. Probably one of the best meals I've had and a nice change to the typical local tavernas. Nice music and surroundings. Definitely recommend
