We think they were cooked several times and therefore overcooked. However, the service was pleasant and the ambiance of the restaurant was charming. to answer you : We were not convinced by your explanation because as we were leaving, we saw plates of frogs not black like ours in the plates of the customers behind us. We had the bottom of the pan with the burnt oil, they were swimming in it so we would have liked not to have had the bottom lying around. As I also said, the welcome and the servers were top notch, so no need to get offended by a round of overcooked frogs
