the only restaurant open to the Chalais Thursday evening in March. Just for that, thank you! the boss is welcoming, attentive and good advice for tourism: a very pleasant background music, jazzy, quiet for a evening. half-pressure, a bavette (perfect cooking)-salade (green salt, fresh mushrooms in lamella and small pieces of tomatoes with a very good vinaigrette a tatined pie, for 18 euros. not able to put less than one star. Too bad, fries ordered on a low coast? or rather a mixture of nerves and the worst with a more than doubtful odor that was coming up to the nose! I could have always slaughtered on the accompaniment if it had not been frozen fries and a mini salad with round tomato in decoration in November. We had no dessert... no regret to the views of the rest! I regret not reading the comments... View all feedback.

I went here for dinner and had an average experience. The place is cozy the food is average to say the most. I ordered a legume soup which was not freshly made, and it had a tip of acidity/rancid taste. The entrecôte was very greasy nothing special. The bill was average.
We thought we were ordering the Plat de Jour which was advertised on the menu as 4 courses plus wine and coffee at a set price! but when we ordered we were told that it only was for 2 courses?? now my French is far from good but even I can read a French menu! So the food served was ok but nothing to write home about, desert was an icecream cone from a supermarket. It would seem that there was price for the French locals and another for tourists even though we live 20mins away.
Steak served raw even though we asked for medium, sent it back and it was returned to the table 2 minutes later still raw. Was tougher than old boots and inedible then we were charged Euros 10 for 50cl of wine. Avoid this place
Good for prices. ambient on the terrace. all clean during the pandemie. menu of the day during the week not too expensive.
