The Bongz Resto - Chakpachuria

Went there with colleagues. Restaurant was quite empty, only 4/5 guests for lunch, which already gave an initial idea about the place. We ordered chilli chicken dry as starters and tandori roti, chicken bharta and chicken matka. Both the side dishes were too spicy. Average taste. One more thing, the chairs are different at different tables, may be they got them from different places.lol.

A place for techie people adda and gossip after a long day work at IT office. As because this restaurant is being situated at New Town , opposite of TCS Gitanjali Park.Where all new IT hubs are there side by side, this restaurant cum bar has a great ambiance ,a great interior décor at the bar serving area which will attract people to its visit. It also has a open smoking area too ,from there the view is mesmerising. The foods and drinks are great here. I personally tasted foods and drinks are : Drinks:: 1.Virgin Mojito 2.Lime Soda Juice Dishes:: 1.Salt and pepper chicken 2.Drums of heaven 3.Reshmi kebab 4.Mushroom Bookshelf 5.Veg grinding 6.Chicken Cocovie 7.Kashmiri Naan 8.Paneer Makhani 9.Chicken biriyani 10.Mutton biriyani 11.Chicken matka Dessert:: 1.Tutti fruity ice cream Eat healthy ???????? This place is located exactly opposite to TCS Gitanjali park. The service was a bit slow but the ambience was great. The food served was very tasty and quantity was good. They also have corporate discounts. We ordered chicken biriyani, naan , chicken Kolhapuri(2), chicken bharta, mutton keema , veg pulao and cold drinks for 7persons . Pocket pinch with discount and all taxes 1914. The biriyani chicken piece was large served with aloo and egg. Raita was complimentary.

The kebabs were fully covered in egg white. Absolutely brilliant presentation. Drums of Heaven : It was spicy as hell and that's how it should be. You can literally smell the black pepper. I really liked how they've avoided the red chili as much as they could. Loved it. Salt Pepper Chicken : Another spicy dish. If you love spicy food this is the one you should offer. Keshmiri naan : If the above two dish was on the spicier side, this one was a neutralizer. One of the best naan I've ever had. Decorated with cherry, cashew, raisins. Loved it. RECOMMENDED. Chicken Matka : The chicken pieces were pretty big and I loved how soft the pieces were along with the taste. Not chewy at all. If you're ordering a biryani, do order this one. Chicken Biryani/ Mutton Biryani : Both these were equally good. Had enough moisture in the dish that you can even have it without ordering a side dish. Paneer Makhani : Definitely a replacement for those who cannot try the chicken matka. Tastes heavenly. Tutti fruity ice cream : Served in a bowl with loads of fresh fruits. Loved it. The service and ambiance was pretty good. They have a bar section, smoking room and a private lounge as well. Chill out with your friends and try these amazing dishes after office hours. If I have to recommend you one single dish I'd suggest you to have that kashmiri Naan. Happy eating.
