Went in last night. Waited 2 hours for a table. Once I got seated we never received bread and was not greeted with water for 13 minutes. Never received bread at all which should have been given to us. Food came out quickly and I felt like my pizza was undercooked. It would hang and a 90 degree angle and was doughy. I recently dined at this amazing restaurant and had the pleasure of being served by the incredible Gabby. From the moment I sat down, Gabby greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was exceptional. Not only was Gabby a fantastic server, but she also had a great sense of humor and made me feel like a valued guest. Her recommendations were spot on and she made sure my drinks were always filled and my food was delivered promptly. I cannot say enough good things about Gabby and the exceptional service she provided. She truly went above and beyond to make my dining experience memorable. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant and requesting Gabby as my server again. Thank you, Gabby, for making my dining experience so wonderful!
My wife my son and myself had dinner August 24th at this restaurant. The place was packed, the tables are very close to each other it was also extremely loud. The waitress was very good and the food was very good. My wife had the chicken parm she said it was excellent. I had the Orecchiette which was very good my son had rhe pesto which he said was amazing Thinned out around 6:30. We would definitely go back and try the pizza. Fantastic pizza! Had the Bianca. Crust and flavor were both excellent. Best I have had in NE Ohio. Service was strong and a great ambiance. Will be back!
Waitstaff is wonderful! So many great dishes to choose from! Wood fired pizza is outstanding! Pastas are delectable! Happy hour pricing is great! Regular pricing is reasonable!
