The store has two levels, several tables and a single restroom in the front, at street level and a bar and more tables a few steps higher, in the back. I enjoyed sitting by the front windows, watching the bustle of quaint downtown Chagrin Falls! Our burgers were absolutely delicious. I loved that Flip Side gave me more control of the flavor by serving my burger with the sauces on the side. Also, the burger is served majestically alone, on its own plate. Delicious fries and rings are available but the burger doesn’t need to be buried by them to make a meal.

I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and the Say Cheese Burger, along with truffle fries, a chocolate shake, and both the Prince 75 and Peach Me drinks. Everything was delicious!

Burgers and fries sold separately which seemed ridiculous because burgers were all over $10.00, but that is what inflation has done!

I have a red door and it was cooked for perfection. The combination of the Brie cheese, crispy shallots and a bacon date aioli melted literally in my mouth. The onion rings were perhaps the best I ever had. They serve them with a remalaude sauce from which I could not get enough. The server was brilliant, knowledgeable and said that all sauces are made in the house. So delicious! We will definitely be back!!
