What Jacob Trimble doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Mutliple staffers horsing around and talking about inappropriate topics. Never stopped to take my order despite multiple folks looking directly at me. I ordered on the screens after standing there for several minutes. Once food arrived, items were warm-ish. Fries tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile. Probably one of the busiest McDonald's I have considered it that it is the only McDonald's for almost 100 miles and the new family bundles that can cause big orders can thru the drive, the managers always apologize for waiting when it comes in and get the food as soon as possible. I worked fast food and I've never seen a crew live their butt like this and still has a great customer service and hot fresh food. View all feedback.
