If you have not stopped to try the lovely Comilla McKenzie’s food, YOU ARE MISSING OUT! Their burgers are cooked to perfection with any topping you want— the fries are HOT and fresh, and the chicken— oh my lanta,,, the chicken is to die for!! The tea tasted super fresh even though it was about 4:30pm upon arrival, (which is rare for any restaurant to have fresh tea at this time speaking from experience) and the yams... View all feedback.

Was on our way to the beach and saw the sign. Good food, quick friendly service and great folks! Chatted with some friendly local folks. Part of the real America.

This is a charming roadside diner that has decent pancakes. staff was friendly. highly recommended!

Comfort Food Haven: We stopped on a road trip without knowing anything about this place. Don't let appearances fool you! It may look like a small place without many customers, but a great deal of their business is carry out where people either walk to it or just stop long enough to grab their order and go. We were concerned because we were the only customers there.... until we tasted the food. I haven't had mac cheese or green beans that good since I lost my mother. We ordered extra to take home. The hamburger was great, too! It was all scrupulously clean and pretty much a 1 woman show. Great experience! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

They have the best chicken in north carolina. Her restaurant is nice and clean and the food is good.All of you beach goers passing through chadbourn going to myrtle beach sc give them a try.
