The fried chicken at this restaurant is exceptional. The portions are large and it is great value for the price. The fries are also delicious. I ordered four big pieces of chicken, fries, and coleslaw for 14 CAD. It's a fantastic deal! View all feedback.

Husband ordered takeout for the first time. This is a new place - service was amazing, friendly, they delivered even though he called five minutes before closing time - and they got there very quick. Prices are good and food was tasty and fresh, however presentation was very sloppy even by takeout standards. Portions are small. No utensils or napkins. Ordered tonight, I asked for a Poutine and they have me fries. I phoned back to inform them and they sent a Poutine right away! They also sent two drinks to compensate! All of the food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious! VERY well handled, VERY happy customer! Thank you! So pleased I downloaded the trip adviser app and signed up to write this review!

The portion sizes at this restaurant are incredible! I could barely finish the 6 chicken wing meal, and the club sandwich is enough for two people. The wraps are more than enough for a single meal for me. The service is excellent, and the quality of the food is fantastic, especially given the reasonable prices.

Rooster Express has some of the best chicken dinners on the south shore of Montreal. With chicken that competes with the big chain chicken restaurants, it makes for a very good option. They only drawback is the small amount of in diner seating. Overall very good.
