The snack is very good! Maybe I asked 15 times! It's a shame that the company doesn't have the slightest tact with the customer. The first time I needed to call them, when my order took a while to arrive, I was surprised by a somewhat heated service from the company. I insisted on trusting them with my orders, after all it is a good product. But, in this last order, I received a different burger. Ordered an artisanal hamburger and what I received, without a doubt, was an industrialized hamburger. My evaluation was not good on the order, and the surprise is that I received a call from the company, and a call not to try to reverse the error, but rather to question and discuss the bad evaluation. Almost blaming myself for complaining! As if I was really to blame for getting the wrong order! And to my surprise, the lady who called me to discuss the bad review even hung up on me!
