What Julien doesn't like about Bouchon Dromois:
Never again: a lot of waiting from start to finish. Everything is supposedly homemade but what we took was all industrial. We ordered a gratin of ravioli with industrial curds and non-existent Vercors blue cheese and a plate of regional products of which everything on the plate was sous vide. We were delighted with our lunch, a very varied menu with a vegetarian dish in each offering which is rather rare. A smiling welcome, fast service. Delicious, simple dishes in perfect quantities! I highly recommend and don't understand the bad comments (unless you have recently changed cook... I will definitely go back if I come back to Chabeuil. Food: 5
Good restaurant. There weren't many people there for a weekend evening and yet we were pleasantly surprised. The cuisine is homemade. The meat is excellent (butcher's cut and ground steak). The person struggles to do everything. The outdoor terrace is pleasant and the indoor one with the new furniture makes you want to come back in winter. Service: Dine in
