Ceuta is a small city with very limited bars or pubs , this is one of the best , in a corner with three bars next to each other , it actually makes it more fun... read more Ceuta is a small city with very limited bars or pubs , this is one of the best , in a corner with three bars next to each other , it actually makes it more fun during the weekends . It's a nice small bar with an outdoor seating , prices are good and service is so , the only bad thing about it is that they are not allowed to serve food there , but I guess these are the laws in Ceuta , bars are not allowed to serve food including snacks . But if you are looking for a drink with friends I highly recommend it
