Myself and my husband were long term customers , we would come for food coffee every week.. not anymore. One particular worker male, mid 40’s, losing hair on top) is simply ruining the entire business . Many times we’ve visited and he has an attitude however today was the final straw. My husband allergic to cinammon) had previously ordered a takeaway cappuccino, when we arrived home and saw cinammon he unfortunately could not drink it no big deal Today we specially asked for a NO CINAMMON cappuccino, I watched as the barista shook cinammon into the drink . I smelt it and confirmed .. cinammon. I politely asked him to change the drink and even explained my husband is allergic , he told me no it’s only cacao- clearly cinammon .. after seeing and smelling it myself . He made a new coffee and handed it to me saying” with a lot of cinammon “ and laughed. I asked him if allergies were a joke and he laughed again and turned away from me. I’ve personally witnessed the owner at the business who seemed to care so as a business owner myself I’d avise him to get his staff some allergy training. Anaphylactic shock is no joking matter and can lead to legal battles .
