1st the Lemon Chicken best I ever had and I've been to every major city and state, chicken cooked perfectly and the batter is crispy and hits with that deliciouslemon sauce, 5 stars, next the Hot and Sour soup was amazing, I was feeling under the weather and it made me feel good, can't wait to pass back through Allentown I will be stopping for sure.
What Trish777reviewer doesn't like about Evergreen:
Really tried to like this place. I've always said, if a place cant get General Tsao or sesame chicken right, it's futile. Color, texture, taste all much to be desired. Will go elsewhere and we're not picky. Should have read other reviews first or just opted for a pizza for dinner. Waste of money. Sorry. View all feedback.
Yummy food. Generous portions. Very clean. Friendly staff.Dietary restrictions: I don’t eat meat. They assured me that none of my choices had meat or meat juices in the sauces.
Typical atmosphere for Chinese takeout. Amazing seevice and food. Great food, and nice large crispy chicken wings.Vegetarian options: You can ask for customizations.
We had some takeout while traveling through town. Everything was just fine. Not spectacular but good enough.

Good food. Would be better if they could get a phone order correct.
