I highly... read more I recently discovered this lovely restaurant on my travels. The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. The food is amazing. I highly recommend their carbonara. It is the best I have ever had. The inside is lovely but I recommend sitting outside to get the full experience. It is on a small street, right beside a beautiful church and a few minutes down the street from the main square, where you can catch a spectacular sunset.

The staff are very welcoming and the food plentiful and very delicious! The antipasto is fab as is the rest of the menu (I think we tried most things between us all! Very fresh ingredients confirmed when we bumped into the owner (Francesco shopping at the local market. Definitely worth visiting as we will when we return in April!

The... read more Recently visited the Sacro Panza, for dinner two nights in a row, while staying at the nearby Grand Hotel San Michele. An incredible gastronomic experience! The gamberetto fretto (fried shrimp in seasoned flour) was amazing, flavour incredible, followed by scrumptious pasta enhanced by a bottle of Rose, which was of such quality, it formed tears along the glass when it was moved from side to side. Only €18 for the wine. We had to return the following night for more!

We did not regret this because all meals contained fresh ingredients and were perfectly prepared. The bill in the end was very reasonable. We recommend this restaurant to everyone who is in to good local leals.
