The food is consistently fresh at this restaurant. We have experienced being skipped in the double drive-thru before, so we now always use the outside lane. The staff are efficient and the KFC here is quite delicious. It is a very popular location.
The food is delicious and fresh, the staff is friendly. The dining area is clean and organized.

New location , zero customer service, it was like no one was managing the store.Hair in one of our meals had to find our own spoons, napkins and wipes.Honestly monkeys could run this store better.
Have only had one bad lot of food from this kfc. Food it usually piping hot, fresh and top quality in taste. Very consistent. Occasionally dips will be missing from the order but that is all. Queues can be very large in the evening and takes 15/20 minutes to get food in the drive thru. Due to lay out it’s unable to go to car park and walk in and order because cars wait on the street blocking access to car park and wait in no stopping zones and block exit to the woolies petrol next door. Have heard there will be improvements in coming years but accidents waiting to happen in the drive thru entrance unfortunately. Servers are always friendly and don’t make you feel rushed when you take an order or collect food.
