Easy to lose a customer, very difficult to get them back.

I don't know what it is about this KFC but every time I drive past it, there are queues out the street lining up to go through the drive through. The food is nothing special. It's just KFC but WTH Cessnock? Why the crazy queues? The food is no better and no worse than any other KFC I've been too worldwide.
