the food was perfect, the portions large enough and for a good price. the beer is also excellent service was fast and professional, payment with card is accepted. the euro exchange rate was the best we have so far in the Czech Republic (most restaurants and hotels give them a bad exchange rate, not here! overall, a real highlight, and when we come back to the city, we will surely see again View all feedback.

Place with a long history. Atmosphere was good. Service was below average (nobody came by to ask us how our meal was going, do we need more drinks, or do we want to order anything else). The food was—ummm—not good at all. I had the breaded chicken and it was beyond salty. My wife had the fish and spent her entire meal picking bones out of the fish. It was also really soggy. Traditional Czech and European foods of best quality. what,the service was good and friendly. the restaurant is located in the city center.
Nice old beerhall with friendly interior. Beer and buillon with liver dumpling were good. Friendly service. Toilets on ground level, wheelchair friendly.
Great atmosphere with authentic Budweiser tank beer. Very busy, so it's wise to make a reservation.
I ate here twice already, and food-wise, it was perfect both times. You can get traditional Czech food of best quality here but also try their BBQ stuff, they know a lot about it. The service sometimes lacks though, but that depends on the waiter/waitress.
Food was great, but I know better places to eat and drink in Czech Budweis. This one is little bit overrated and that's why it is full and expensive.
