Good boys! We ate really very well, service with some flaw but I would say it's not a problem considering they are students. Excellent raw materials and very competitive prices.
We were guests of the DIDACTIC RESTAURANT managed by IAL on the occasion of an informal lunch with my partner and my two grandchildren (of 7 and 10 years) in June 2022. The restaurant is an integral part of a professional school for the training of kitchen and dining staff, where the aid to professional staff (chef and maize) is given by students of the same structure, an initiative already praised and that in tangible results is pleasant and original. The staff was GENTILISSIMO, surely up to the situation, if even in an informal and quite spartan environment. Our lunch: 3 fries of sea and vegetable: in addition to the usual shrimps and moscardini, we also found fish of the Adriatic (trigliette and whitettini in primis), all already included of fried vegetables (carote and zucchini), qualitatively exceptional (crunchant and dry), just quantity 1 chicken cutter with fried chips: intense taste A very economic account in relation to the quality of food, an improved environment but still pleasant.
