I want to express my dissatisfaction with the experience during my recent stay at your hotel, specifically in relation to the cafeteria and reception service. The treatment received was unacceptable, both due to the lack of attention and the attitude of the staff. From the first day, upon arriving at the hotel, I spent more than 15 minutes waiting at reception without anyone showing up to check-in. Finally, I had to go find someone who could help me, which seems totally inappropriate for an establishment of this category. As for the cafeteria service, the situation was no better. The staff were unfriendly and extremely slow. After waiting more than 10 minutes to be attended to, I asked for the letter and, surprisingly, I got no response; They simply left to perform other tasks, even though the hotel was practically empty. This disappointing experience has led me to make the decision to present a formal complaint to my company, requesting that they not send me or any colleague who has to travel to this area again to this hotel.
Very attentive. We ask if we can eat on the terrace because we have a dog and they say yes, we wait on the terrace until we get tired and we ask again and they say that it is very windy and we cannot eat. They don't even bother going out to the terrace to warn them. Thank you so much .

They have deceived us. We have gone to sleep and eat, a work group of 9 people, several days before, we have discussed the price of the rooms and meals, but at the time of paying, when requesting the invoice, they have increased the price of meals and beds by adding the VAT. The rooms are clean and tidy, but they are cheap guesthouse rooms, not hotel rooms, they smell of tobacco and the windows don't close properly, the shower has hardly any water pressure. The cleaning staff was very pleasant, however the waiter was a very funny, responsive and not very polite person.
