Islands Cafe - Cervantes

The food at this restaurant was delicious. However, my overall rating is lower because I waited 20 minutes for a coffee that never arrived. I had to leave to catch my bus and ended up losing $4 without getting my coffee. I suggest hiring more staff during busy times or improving management to avoid situations like this in the future. I'm sure I wasn't the only customer who left without their coffee that day.

This restaurant is a great place to stop on your way to the city for a meal.

The WORST .. I asked them for tap water they said NO ...

The food was good…The reason for the one star rating was because I’ve ordered a coffee and waited 20min for it to get nothing at the end. I had to leave to catch my bus so lost $4 for no coffee .I strongly recommend you get more staff for peak hours or have a better management next time. I can guaranty I was not the only customer who didn’t get a coffee that day

Woman was very sharp and rude. Not great customer service followed by low quality food with a heavy price tag, wish i’d read the reviews before i went so i could have avoided this place.
