Kitchen at low temperature, healthy food, always a guarantee good guys!

I have to tell the truth that I did not like food, the goose breast was too cooked, the tuna had no taste, the beef was too raw but was very soft. We ordered the water when it came, it was hot. While the reception was great while the service a little less because they said it was all cool but it was not so, because the cooking at low temperature needs time, long time so you could not cool everything you can cook at low temperature. The only thing I liked so much is that the design of the restaurant is really nice. Christian

I love this place....I go there often...the owners Fabio are fabulous the assistants of the room are exquisite....I tasted almost all their dishes all of the highest quality and cooked magnificently, especially their dishes cooked at low temperature is always a fabulous experience. The restaurant is very nice for a Roman dinner

Quality wines and beers, great food, friendly and professional staff, pleasant place.

We were treated as a king accompanied by his queen.... An unforgettable evening...the courses were studied in detail... The service is maintained, they are not obsessive leave your spaces and above all they can hand down, if you want, a bit of culture/history on the world of enology... I recommend it!!! 5 stars deserved
