The service here was horrible !!! Me and my cousins who are BLACK got sent rude stares by a elderly Asian lady.I asked if she could break the cash and she said no and I asked for a sample of two and she only gave us 1 and she had a horrible attitude . Iwent back and she just skipped the ladies in front of us and said can I help you in a rude way. I wish this review gets takeninto perspective because my little cousin who is 11 said she was scared to talk to her to order food!!
I love this place, all the food is very fresh, and so appetizing and good. They have great customer service, and give a very detailed explanation of all the menu items if you're curious about them. Their samples are top-tier, and the prices are verygood, along with the portion sizes.
I had a very disappointing experience at Ruby Thai Kitchen. My cousins and I, who are Black, were treated unfairly and received rude stares from an elderly Asian woman. When I asked if she could break a bill for me, she refused. I also requested samples of two items from the menu, but she only provided one and showed a very negative attitude. Later, when I returned, she ignored the women in front of us and addressed me disrespectfully. This is important to note because my 11-year-old cousin felt too scared to approach her to place an order.
To be honest, the food here was really disappointing. This isn’t authentic Thai cuisine—if you’re looking for something good, try Panda Express nearby instead. I barely ate more than a few bites before tossing the rest. It was a complete waste. Nothing on the menu was enjoyable, not even the egg rolls. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.
At Ruby Thai Kitchen, the rice and chicken tasted stale, as if leftovers from the day before, making the meal hard to enjoy. The menu felt like a low-quality copy of Panda Express. I arrived around 11:30, and the disappointing food left a bad aftertaste. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.
