Philhouse - Cerritos

Ordered the Canton Pancit through Door dash,(because I 'm at work)and they tell the door dash guy, they didn 't have any at the moment, all they had was the Bihon. I asked the driver what was the difference between the two, and he stated the noodles were different! When I received my food, all I got was a box NOODLES! Absolutely NO type of meat, and I paid almost 20 dollars for this food! Not to mention, the noodles were flavorless! I 've been trying to reach out before I made this review, but they failed to answer their phone. I am so disappointed and PISSED! I work 12 hours, and can 't leave work due to my position.... And this is the foolery I received today!?

The food was not good. My brother described one item as fried fat and advised that he was not going to eat it. This from a person that eats everything. So disappointing.

Customer service is bad. Suplada ng nagse-served. Ate kung ayaw nyo sa work nyo marami dyan ang naghahanap pwede po kayong mag resign.

Ok. Hindi ko gets bat may small, medium and large containers na nakalagay sa harap pero per pound ang bayad ng mga ulam. So anong purpose nun? A pound of food for $18.99?! I wanted to try the food sana, and I didn't want to order a lot because i didn't know how it tasted. Oh well! At least now i know.
