Love this P.F. Chang’s the service was good food was delicious overall it was great

Service wasn’t that great. first of all we asked for coke and we told the waiter it tasted like diet he was kind enough to change them but it was still diet coke, the whole time we drank diet coke which was gross. we sat for 20/30 min after we ate and nobody came to check on us until we had to call our waiter and ask for the bill and boxes

Everything was great, the only negative part was that I made a reservation through an open table and when I arrived in the restaurant, they had not my reservation and they had to wait until the manager approved our status.

Made a reservation thru open table but hostess seem to be confused when I told her I had reservations for 07:15 pm she said that I wasn’t on the reservation list so I had to wait another 30 min plus It was a birthday dinner which I had planned but was ruined

My husband said that I can pick any restaurant for our 25th anniversary dinner. I’m glad I decided to dine here since it’s close to our home and we are regular here. Jacob made our celebration a memorable occasion. Can I hire him?
