I ordered a noodle dish and drink for takeout from this restaurant online through an app. The estimated time for my order to be ready was 30 minutes, which was fine with me as I had errands to run. However, when I arrived at the restaurant at the designated time, I was asked to wait an additional 5 minutes (which turned out to be 10-15 minutes). It seemed like they had not even started cooking my food when I walked in, possibly due to a large party dining in at that time. Waiting 40-45 minutes for just one dish and a drink made me question the point of ordering ahead of time. The first male staff member I spoke to seemed uninterested in my order not being ready, but the female staff member who handed me my order was friendly. Overall, I don't think I would return to this restaurant because the wait time did not seem worth it, especially if you expect your food to be ready on time.

I ordered two Thai boat noodles, one spicy and one not spicy. However, there was a mistake with the markings on the lids. My son cannot eat spicy food, so I had to mix milk into the soup. When I brought this to their attention, at first the lady claimed that the kitchen did not put any markings, but they did - one with "NO" for not spicy and the other with "SP" for spicy. Then the manager rudely asked, "So what do you want?" Finally, he agreed to give me another one and abruptly hung up without even asking for my name. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

For some time we have been ordering food from this place. they love the red and yellow curries, comminuted noodles. recently an order for our big party. the food was delicious! the same taste as in the restaurant. great portions. it was ready to pick up exactly at the specified time! many thanks monora thai! Came to eat for the first time at a weekend and I was pleasantly surprised! the eating here was different from normal Thai stains I was, but was delicious! the food: -pad thai 9.95) large portion sizes and tasty. strong taste of fruits and tang -pad see ew 9.95) this tasted very different from other Thai restaurants in taste but it was still very good! pros: - the portions! huge as I like it! -acceptable prices especially for the portions - eating quickly -tasty eating - immediately at 18:30 clock at the weekend - friendly staff - no one! overall: would I come back if I was super hungry!
