The staff is extremely courteous! I enjoyed the wide varieties of options on the menu. The Uni Don was lovely and the Beef Tartare was excellent. This is a place that I would definitely return. View all feedback.
Ist impression is pretty good. It has table, sushi bar, and tatami seating. Reservation is a must via text message. They will take it, confirm it, and send the menu of the day back. Ordered the Omakase, chef's choice of the day based on a simple menu. To our surprise, the chef replace the salad with other side dishes, such as the miso soup. which are just perfect. I don't think anyone should complain that the salad is missing The chef walked the extra mile in preparing his signature Omakase, especially the appetizer... must try. Thumbs up. A big hole on the wall.
The agedashi mochi was delicious! Pretty much everything we ordered was. Loved the spicy ramen and the meat on the spare ribs fell right off the bone. I added a couple yellowtail sashimi to my uni don and wish I got more yellowtail bc fresh and delicious. The beef tataki was just ok.

Chirashi was decent, tempura was ok. Agedashi tofu was delicious. I thought the reservation system was pretty good and received a fast response.
Delicious traditional Japanese dishes that are reasonably priced. Pretty much at par with the small stands in Japan when I went. They have a variety of rice bowls, ramen and udon noodle dishes and variety of meats and seafood of your choice. You also get a free salad and miso soup during lunch (an extra $1 for dinner). This place is pretty worth it if your craving Japanese food.
