Cold Stone Creamery - Cerritos

No stars if I may, was standing in line, and told this young fellow to give us a second to order, he then helped the person who just arrived , that's ok and we stood there waiting for him to help us, he then went inside and out while we were standing and they were just chatting in there with another server. He knew we were waiting to be served but he just ignore us , like we don't exist standing there like there's no one waiting,I knew he did it in purpose, how could you forget a customer after asking you to give us a moment, until I couldn't wait any longer , of his nastiest attitude of ignoring us. I asked to all of them, if anyone is serving us, then he right away just said, oh I thought someone served you already? So he served us with just a little scoop of the medium size of the coffee lover only , mixed just so quickly, a melted ice cream . I was gonna ask for his name, but just like to get out of there, but he was the only guy around there between 7:30 8:00 pm. It was around after our dinner from next door, felt like having a dessert. Not going back there to deal with that moron.The dessert turned to be a nastiest arrogantly served by one.

Staff are not rude but not friendly either. They seem to go out of their way to make you rush through the transactions so they can get you over with and just leave.

I have had many coldstone creations in my lifetime, and I hadn't had one in a long time prior to my visit today. I was really craving something gooey and satisfying so I ordered a half chocolate, half cake batter with reeses cups and vanilla oreos. Strangely enough, the ice cream creation not only really didn't hit the spot. The flavor of the ice cream was more bland than I had ever experienced in the past. Worse than that, I do not feel like I got my money's worth! I purchased a total of 4 creations (one for myself and 3 for each of my kids) and I was very disappointed with how small they were. The ice cream was barely evened off at the top of the cup, whereas every other time I have ever gotten coldstone, the ice cream was higher than the brim of the cup. I felt very ripped off today, and wouldn't return to this location again.

Horrible customer service at this location! I was discriminated against because of my disability. The girls refused to help me and were snarky/ passive aggressive. I will not be going back.

My experience here was amazing! I was welcomed in the first time I came and had a really great convo with one of the servers that helped me. She was so sweet and and my ice cream was delicious. I never understood previous comments before this complaining about the little things and being so sensitive.. It 's pretty funny. If you order ice cream, of course eat it right away or else it will melt. I also did not have any issue asking for extra toppings and the girl was generous enough to. Of course not excessive as that is an extra charge for extra extra. I 've been coming to different cold stones for the quality of it and didn 't have a problem paying. Service in my experience was also amazing in this location and others I 've been to.
