The Cerritos location is the cleanest and most organized compared to the other locations close to my home. I even signed up to their BJs app since I am planning to continue visiting this location even though it is farther. View all feedback.
What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Bj's Brewhouse Cerritos:
We were surprised that they would not take separate checks, food were slow coming out. They have separate workers bringing out drinks which was not refilled till you have to tell them. Our server took our orders correctly but the wait time for our food was way too long to deliver. After all the food was edible but nothing to write home about. View all feedback.

The food was extremely disappointing. I ordered the couscous Mac and cheese balls as an appetizer and they were so bland that I questioned my own tastebuds. When I got my teensy slice of meat that they are calling filet mignon, it was so salty and so peppery that it was inedible. I have never sent food back before, but it was so awful. The waitress took it back and brought me a new one with the garlic butter sauce on the side to try. It wasn’t the garlic butter sauce. I couldn’t eat that one either. I’d given up on eating at that point. I didn’t even want to order the pizookie because I was scared that they would somehow ruin that. Also the food presentation was terrible. It looked like hospital food. I used to love BJ’s. I’m disappointed to see what it’s become. They need new recipes or kitchen staff. The servers were kind.
We were seated on time, the waitress was very nice, but the delivery of the food to us was could be improved. One member of our group ordered salad but when a salad plate came, we did not quite understand that that was part of the prime rib menu. The prime rib itself was not up to par. It was dry and did not look like the picture in the BJ menu ad. When the bill was delivered, it came without us knowing it was already the bill. It got wet and almost unreadable. In other restaurants, the bill come in a book like holder where you insert your credit card. At BJ's it came just like a piece of paper and we were not notified about it.
Very fast service, friendly and attentive server, food was great
We came for the Pi Deal $3.14 1-topping mini pizzas. 1 of the 2 pizzas ordered came out wrong so my other child had to wait for it to be remade while being jealous seeing her sister eat her correctly delivered pizza. The salad I ordered was a tad salty. I don’t know if it was the dressing or the chicken that was making it salty. After our initial server, Josh, was put on a 30min break after just starting his shift 20mins earlier, his replacement did not do a good job checking on our table or the other tables in their assigned area. Many plates on the tables were not getting cleared out and new tables had a long wait to get service. Finally after Josh came back fr him break, I flagged him down because his replacement never once came to check on us even after all our plates were finished. I had to ask him to put an order for a pizookie for our dessert only for it to take another 20+mins for it to arrive. Another damper was tables were too stacked close to 1 another. When using the bathroom, it was filthy and toilet tissues were emptied in stalls. Not planning to go back to BJs any time soon after this poor experience.
