Aloha Stacks Island Eatery Bakery is a delightful gem of a spot for anyone looking for a tasty breakfast. Know that you order before you sit and that the line can be a bit long. Know also however that the Ube pancakes are awesome and that all the other food looks really good as well. Come give it a try! View all feedback.
What Allen M doesn't like about Aloha Stacks Island Eatery Bakery:
Saturday morning brunch with the fam and first time coming here. Ordered the chicken katsu plate and the loco moco. Looked decent enough and the place was pretty popular. Taste of the food, however, was rather underwhelming. The loco moco was on the bland side and the hamburger meat was over cooked. The brown sauce didn't have enough flavor, just tasted buttery which isn't the right flavor profile for a loco moco. Th... View all feedback.
There were a lot of people and customers kept coming. The server served us quickly and kindly and we didn't have to wait long for the food. But I ordered ube pancake and it didn't really suit my taste, but my husband said it was delicious. All the other foods were good too.
Everything was amazing. A great Hawaiian fare at a reasonable price point. You can get brunch, lunch, sweet or savory. I love the variety of everything here and being fast causual style dining made it easy, despite it being crowded. Our food came quickly after we ordered.
If there's a Hawaiian restaurant off the 91/110, you should probably check it out. That's how I found Aloha Stacks it was so worth it. Located not too far from the Cerritos Mall, but far enough you don't have to deal with parking like that.Got the chicken katsu loco moco, pog juice, and guava toffee nut French toast. All of the were so good, I literally had to take a nap in my car because I couldn't share it with nobody was too good to take home. You order counter style and they give you a number. Fast, efficient, and everyone is super nice. Inside seating fills up fast so there are a few outdoor tables. POG juice was best I've had mainland and I've been on a Hawaiian food kick! Literally had my mouth open so good.Iced Ube latte was great as well. Not too sweet, plenty of Ube and strong espresso.
Great selections for breakfast. There's something for everyone. The kids enjoy the crepes, waffles, and spam musubi. We haven't found anything we don't like here.

The brown sauce didn't have enough flavor, just tasted buttery which isn't the right flavor profile for a loco moco. The katsu wasn't spectacular and just very average. The mac salad was very tangy/sour, which was an odd flavor overall.Would not recommend this place as a legitimate Hawaiian joint.
