Y Rey Mar - Feedback

What Nelly Saenz doesn't like about Y Rey Mar:
Worst experience ever. The waitress had no idea what the restaurant was out of. My parents had to both change their order. My mom tried to get her attention but she was too busy on her phone to look our way. I literally had to yell a couple of times only to find out she had hear headphones plugged in.
