Rei Do Salgado (coliseu Pizza, Esfiha Aberta, Salgados E Marmitaria)

We ordered 14 esfihas through Aiqfome. Delivery took place after more than 1.5 hours of waiting and, despite containing 14 esfihas, the special one we ordered did not arrive (note: this is not the first time this has happened). We spoke to the restaurant via WhatsApp, they asked for a photo of what we received and they said they would send the missing esfiha upon returning one of the esfihas that were with us. Given the situation proposed by the restaurant and the delay in receiving the original order, which was partially wrong due to the restaurant's fault, we thought it would be better to give up on the special esfiha that we paid for and did not receive. So far so good. Later, when trying to review on Aiqfome, we discovered that the restaurant marked our order as CANCELED. In other words, they did not provide a good service and prevented us from expressing ourselves on the application. They lost a customer.

I ordered through Aiqfome, waited 2 hours and they simply canceled my order. No more, no less. Waiting two hours for the order to be cancelled. Bad, bad and bad. I don't even know what to say about this huge disregard. Service: 1
