Rifugio Massimo Mila - Ceresole reale

Our vacation is 3 months long, we have visited 6 countries and many places to eat, and this is by far the best food we have eaten. Eat from which we have never heard, and eat that we have eaten a lot, everything. it fantastic! auberginen parmigiano 100 homemade, 100 incredible. we have never seen such a selection of antipasti. not only were there endless quantities of meat, cheese and vegetables, but the seasoned with them were soouou good. our evening last night was a 5-course menu that included a suppe, tempura vegetables and 3 different types of pasta. the creativity, taste and love that they can taste can not even describe words. it is obviously the quality of the ingredients refugio massimo mila use for all their foods and is worth every euro. my favorite, the homemade ricotta gnocchi with the best pesto ever, green as the mountain! my favorite staff, the two youngs with the crazy curly hair and the girl with the pretty smile.

Non è la prima volta che mangio al rifugio e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Evito di andare nei fine settimana e nel periodo di vacanza perché odio la rudezza e l'arroganza di molti compagni. Il cibo è sempre ottimo e a un prezzo più che adeguato. Le porzioni sono abbondanti e i ragazzi che servono sono sempre gentili. Se è una bella giornata, mangiare fuori è fantastico.

Rifugio a pochi passi dal lago, anche se in questo momento completamente drenato. Personale cordiale, disponibile e cordiale. Ambiente informale e molto accogliente. Menu ricco di specialità di montagna e prezzi ma solo. Abbiamo preso un tris di taglierina mista e acciughe, poi proseguire con ravioli al ragù per il bambino, polenta con stufato e salsiccia e stracotto di asino nel suo latte. Tutto molto buono e abbondante. Da tornare e consigliato.
