The prices are reasonable, and I genuinely feel like I have a chance to win. Even though there are times when I go a while without winning, it's always a fun night out with the family.

While she was pleasant at first, things took a turn when s... read more As usual, I made sure to tip the staff, but I encountered an issue with one of the volunteers, Julie. While she was pleasant at first, things took a turn when she mentioned to other volunteers that we don’t tip well, which resulted in no one coming to sell us pool tabs. This was surprising because I tipped the caller and the person who counted out our winnings, as well as the seller of the winning pool tab. Julie, however, seemed to expect a larger tip than what I gave, which she directly expressed to us. Fortunately, the bingo caller, Alfred, was wonderful and treated us kindly throughout the evening. We truly enjoy this venue, but I believe the sense of entitlement among some staff needs to be addressed.
