I've been taking my kids to this place to eat since they opened and we order a number 6 with 2 burgers on the sandwich we only end app getting one and a quarter every time we ever go there so we tell them we want 2 patties like it shows on the picture and they said OK but they only give us 1 and a quarter Patty's every time. The food was gross absolutely hated it . I'll never go back
I walked in and got a #2, which is a burger with two patties, with some fries and a drink. The burger was thankfully really good. The fries were great, which a lot of restaurants seem to get wrong.They use these square electronic pads for people to take to their tables and they vibrate when the food is ready. They vibrate abruptly, which I didn 't know the first time and it shocked me ?.I haven 't eaten their frozen treats yet, I think the shake? I 'll have to try that next time... Super good food though, stands out compared to most other places around this plaza.Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options, like the Impossible burger, or Beyond burger? I wouldn 't eat synthetic meat , but you do you. I 'd rather go for a salad which I haven 't tried but it looks good.Parking: Good parking.Kid-friendliness: There are items on the menu specifically made for kids.
Crammed so much n to go bag smashed everything. No taste,flavor soggy fries. No syrup n soda all carbonation they missed the mix. Won't b back. Went inside to complain said we have to cram the bag per rules 3 items per bag no matter what's is is being placed n bag.
All I want to say is that this store needs to work on their drive-thru service. I waited nearly 15 mins for someone to cash me at the window and when someone finally did , there was no greeting just took my card without a word. I felt bad for the person in the back they probably thought I ordered the whole menu when it was just one meal. On top of it my order was wrong, I am pretty disappointed.

The franchise is playing (bait and switch) tactics. I'm going to call the main headquarters tomorrow and make a verbal complaint. This is just un American. ??
