The person who helped us was... read more We came here with a pretty big group . It was 6 adults and 2 kids. The place is a regular size but a lot of seating. They had a tv. The person who helped us was very helpful. Great customer service! It's a little pricey but the pizza is so good the place was clean. The bathroom were clean. We were watching a game since there's a big tv there.

I was charged incorrectly but they said they couldn't fix it. They ended up refunding the entire order because they hadn't started it yet. Round Table is my favorite pizza so I'm sad to say I will no longer be going to this location.

Went to pick up my pizza, and they had to remake it bacaice they were so behind that things got backed up, and it burnt. 5 people working here, with 2 wondering around. I worked in pizza in the past and it was easy for 3 people to handle a store (one makes it and cuts it, the other deal with customers and a 3rd as a rover to clean the inside and help where needed) not sure why this place continues to be a dissapontment. Obviously, at this point, it's an ownership/ management problem

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks and it was $50. Also paid extra for 5 oz sauce. While waiting I asked the gal for the sauces so I didn't forget. She handed me a 2oz sauces and I told her I paid for the 5oz sauce so she handed me another 2oz sauce. I told her I paid for 5oz so maybe she should give me 3 of them. She said well then you would get 6oz. I said it would be in the best interest of round table to give me more rather than short me. It's friggen pizza sauce not coming out of your check. So she said she would make me a 1oz size. I told her to forget it but she wouldn't let it go. Whatever. So I am waiting for the pizza and I noticed it came out. It was burnt. I asked her if that was my burnt pizza and she said yes and I said I don't want burnt pizza and she told me everyone is fine with their pizza coming out like that. Well I'm not. I said forget it I would just like my money back. We absolutely argued back and forth. She told me to leave and I kept insisting I would leave when I received my refund and told her to call the cops. She refused so I stayed and kept asked for my refund. She told me she is so tired of entitled customers. I'm entitled to an unburnt pizza. I am entitled to what I pay for. I'm entitled to be treated nicely to begin with. Had she not been so stupid over the sauce this would have never escalated. It was crazy. Did I raise my voice. Yes I did when she kept refusing me a refund but I didn't scream I just talked loud and firm. I'm so sick of this. Can't get good service anywhere. Tried to take a picture of the pizza but she closed the box so I couldn't take a picture.

From the moment I walked in the door, she greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, helping me choose the perfect pizza and recommending a delicious side to go with it. I was impressed not just by her professionalism, but by her creativity and cleverness in meeting my needs and making my dining experience enjoyable and memorable. Overall, I highly recommend this pizza place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service, and particularly to anyone who has the pleasure of being served by this talented and friendly girl with the bridge piercing. The ones that are there are sweet. The phone didn't stop ringing the whole time we were there. The stars arefor the employees Re; We have been ordering from this restaurant since it opened. When our daughter was working at Food 4 lesson Mondays we would come here too have dinner as a family. We always had a good experience, that has since changed as of Friday. I had heard that this location had changed ownership and it shows. We ate inside and it was so hot that all 3 of us weresweating. It took forever to get our order in and when we did, I had to get up to get our beer and wing. It wasnt until ourpizza was ready that it was brought out to our table. This was sent by a female who had her phone in her pocket with her musicgoing....really? None of the previous employees are still employed, which is a big disappointment since they were awesome andworked so hard. We will not be coming back and will send our business to Mtn Mike's. If you want to retain your customers stoptrying to cut corners.
