Blaker Brewing
Menu
A complete overview of all 4 meals and beverages can be found here on the menu of Blaker Brewing from Ceres.
Blaker Brewing in Ceres pairs industrial-rural charm with craft beer made from locally grown ingredients. Standouts include a Pluot sour made from owner-grown fruit, excellent weekend hot dogs, and regular live music — though DJ nights can be too loud for conversation. The taproom is accessible and popular for private events, but the event/banquet space lacks reliable air conditioning. Service reports are mixed; many praise knowledgeable staff and quality beer.

Was Seth Hawkins at Blaker Brewing a mag?
Blaker really impressed me. They served the best sour beers I've had in years (and I used to work at another brewery). The music by Eric was fantastic, and the food from Dog and Out was an excellent choice as well. I will definitely be returning! View all feedback.
What Drew B dislikes about Blaker Brewing:
Beware of old rednecks with bad attitudes and penis envy. Sitting at the bar my own business and some joke of a man decides he wants to be tough. I left without a second thought as he clearly had nothing to loose except his pride and his single-wide trailer. View all feedback.
Really good atmosphere and crowd. The staff was super sweet, especially when they saw our pupfers go to the bar. Thank you.
Blaker Brewing is a brewery located in an industrial center. On the outside you'll see a large grain silo in front of the brewery. The inside has an industrial meets rural feel with a large pull-up garage door as a side entrance and reclaimed wood on the walls. The craft beer is made from locally grown ingredients. Every sip of the Hidden Locus Hazy IPA was refreshing and delicious. I would recommend the brewery install air conditioning. The large air unit wasn't enough to cool the brewery. Your consumers would be more inclined to stay, than take their beer to go, if the inside temperature was comfortable. This is a great date spot with weather permitting. Grab a cold beer and get to know each other on the comfy leather couch. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY
We had a birthday event in their building behind the brewery. Everything was great! Food, beer and it is a great place to have a large gathering. Only issue we had was we were not told that their wasn't any air conditioning. It was a lot of money to spend on an event where everyone was miserable. If we had know when we booked the event, we would have rented coolers or if they would offer it. We booked late July and we were telling people that it wasn't outside, as to not worry about the heat. We had a lot of elderly people and it was way too hot. People were polite and dealt with it, but when you are spending about $4500 it is very disappointing. If it wasn't for the 105 degree building, I would give 5 stars. My advice for anyone going to book it to rent coolers in advance and then everything will be great!!
Really good atmosphere and crowd. Staff was super sweet especially when they saw our puppers walk up to the Bar. Thanks Ladies
