We enjoyed fantastic coffee and delicious homemade cake during our visit. Our group, including two adults and three hungry teenagers, indulged in flat whites and a luxury hot chocolate, along with a variety of cakes including chocolate brownie, Jaffa cake cake, chocolate cake, and carrot cake. Every last crumb was devoured, and our 16-year-old had to resist the urge to lick the plate clean. We were pleased to learn that this cafe is community-led, making us even happier to support their business. We will definitely make a point to visit this cafe on future trips. Excellent experience overall.

The coffee and... read more I came across this restaurant while driving south on A427 after deciding to skip the busy market day in Machynlleth. I was glad we stopped here. The coffee and tea were excellent. Despite being busy, we were served lunch quickly by the friendly staff. I had the daily special, a generous frittata. After lunch, we took a walk through the village and came back later when the crowds had dispersed. We enjoyed tea and scones for dessert. I would definitely return to this place.
