This should be 5 star, great location, great drinks at cheap price..... But, the wait staf are terrible, no one comes to take orders and you sit waiting for ages and when you go inside there are 4 members of staff just taking and eating together, totally ignoring customers. The management really need to speak to the staff and train them in basic customer service. You would make a lot more money if you asked customers... View all feedback.
Estafa y engaña en la venta de sus productos por el aplicativo rappi ofreciendo promociones que después no desea hacerse cargo, de tal manera que provoca incomodidad total al cliente como a los repartidores de rappi, cabe recalcar que el producto llegó en mal estado, frío y húmedo. Comete fraude en el precio de los productos, NO RECOMIENDO TOMAR SUS SERVICIOS.

Realicé una reservación por aniversario, y 5min antes de la hora acordada me aproximé al local para ver que todo estuviera como lo coordinamos pero para mi sorpresa no encontré la mesa decorada y encima no era la yo solicité. PÉSIMO SERVICIO, NO LO RECOMIENDO.
