We found this charming family run ristorante by accident 2 years ago and returned this summer and received the same quality and satisfaction. Excellent service and homemade pasta. Plus one of the owners was born in Canada and spoke English. Great way to get your fix of classic Roman dishes( carbonara, caccia e pepe and amatriciana )without the hustle and bustle of Rome. Ceprano, a little town an hour south of Rome and just off the autostrada. Well worth the minor detour.
