1 hour for 4 pasta dishes; the carbonara had the boiled cheek, the cooked egg and with the potato grana instead of the pecorino; the cacio and pepper with crisp cheeks obviously had the boiled cheek and also had a eyebrow in the dish; the radicchio risotto and nuts was not bad and in the end the fettuccine to the porcini mushrooms was very good but the parsley was not cut. Unconscious if you have to have lunch.

Near Ceprano highway tollgate, found by chance, Sunday at lunch in 6 they made us eat at 15, applause for availability, good food, optimal service, right account....We were not in the hotel so I only describe restaurant.
