The kebab is delicious but the service is very lame. I called at 21.00 and ordered it juicy and hot! They said 10-15 minutes, after 13 minutes I was there, cold, my order was waiting for me, when asked why it was cold, they answered for a long time, I went to them, they heated it up, but since they did a favor, I hope they will fix it!!

Destul de ok, insa deservirea si organizarea lasa de dorit. Intr-o zi au dat comanda mea la alte persoane, cand comanda lor era gata i-au cautat timp de 5 minute si doar dupa ce i-au intrebat pe toti cine si ce a comandat, si-au dat seama ca au gresit. Mi-au propus comanda straina, dar am refuzat si am spus ca vreau ceea, ce am comandat. In total am asteptat vreo jumatate de ora, daca nu mai mult, au plecat toti, chiar si perosanele venite mai tarziu decat mine. Pana la urma nici macar nu si-au cerut scuze. O atitudine neglijenta, nu am nici o dorinta sa revin la ei. In rest, trebuie sa astepti mult. chiar si atunci cand nu este rand. Nu mai vorbesc de situatiile, cand stau cate 10-20 de persoane. Au marit preturile, dar luand in consideratie nivelul deservirii si toate nuantele, nu se merita. __________________________________________________________________ The kebab is pretty good, but there is no system for recognizing which order belongs to whom.
