Each piece was made with such delicacy and care. Definitely not your run of the mill sushi restaurant. This is sushi fine dining!

It says “salmon ikura” but it was an ordinal north American sushi with ikura on top. It was just good, not amazing. I was actually disappointed as I expected a bit more of authenticity or creativity for the price.

Unfortunately it was the only option on the menu for a solo diner. No rolls at all. Average price over 100 pesos each for nigiri. Awkward experience with 5 bites of food (nigiri) plus a small bowl of miso soup and a cocktail was was over $50 usd. I literally left to go have a proper sushi meal an hour later at the better option in PV with great quality, welcoming, and lower price. Quite disappointed, but it is low season so there is benefit of doubt.

I don’t have to think about what I want and... read more Sendo is one of my favorite sushi spots in PV! They have the omakase “chef’s selection” option which is my favorite. I don’t have to think about what I want and everything they feed me is amazing and melts in my mouth! It’s a bit on the pricey side if you’re trying to be frugal, but you are paying for amazing quality an amazing experience! I highly recommend. This restaurant and their sister restaurants Shibui Torio are all amazing and the ONLY places I will actually eat sushi in PV. The best places hands down. They definitely know what they are doing.
