El mejor lugar de sushi en Puerto Vallarta, en mi opinión. Muy similar al sushi tradicional de la Asociación México-Japonesa en CDMX. Todos muy amables y con un servicio rápido.

What a great experience. They take great care to make sure you enjoy every moment here. The service was exceptional. The food was delightful. It was a very authentic sushi experience. Each piece was made with such delicacy and care. Definitely not your run of the mill sushi restaurant. This is sushi fine dining!

Venir a este local fue toda una experiencia, no suelo comer comidas del mar, pero aquí probé lo que nunca pensé que podría probar. Todo estuvo delicioso, pensé que por ser alimentos del mar, me sabrían mucho a sal o algo así, pero por al contrario sentí sabores que nunca había probado y las combinaciones fueron perfectamente realizadas. Se nota que los chefs que tienen experiencia en el rubro, ya que preparan los platillos frente a ti con una delicadeza extraordinaria, mostrando su arte a todo explendor. Este lugar es un MUST en Puerto Vallarta.

I took out salmon ikura maki sushi. The place has three different omakase. So I was excited to experience their regular maki is like. It says “salmon ikura” but it was an ordinal north American sushi with ikura on top. It was just good, not amazing. I was actually disappointed as I expected a bit more of authenticity or creativity for the price.

We arrived around 8:30 on a tuesday evening. we were the only people in the restaurant so we received a very wonderful omakase experience. we both had two handrolls each and shared three rolls. the final roll pictured was a special roll that is not on the menu. everything is delicious and the staff is kind!
