What User doesn't like about Gom Shabu Shabu Centreville:
Is there a part-time job that wrote a review here? I visited because I liked the reviews and the food wasn't bad, but I went with one parent and one child, and of course they ask for an 18% tip. The tip is about 15% by the customer who ate it comfortably. It also depends on their mood. What do you think of this phenomenon? I deleted my review somewhere and only good reviews are posted. It's amazing, I wonder why the owner gives tips while serving. It seems like people are going crazy after the pandemic. It's so easy to make shabu shabu at home. Restaurants like this shouldn't be in business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I am leaving this because I am upset. We need to know everything and think about this together. There are many problems with forcing a 20% tip into the bill. What about other restaurants? I experienced this after reading an article reported by CBS News that said tips, which used to be given as a consideration to show appreciation for a person's service, are now being forced to tip 20% without a choice even if you pay it as a matter of course. Tip inflation is a serious problem. It is an issue that needs to be considered whether it is necessary to request a refund from businesses that include tips in their bills. Employees in the service industry should feel good when customers voluntarily give generous tips as a sign of gratitude and encouragement, rather than forcing tips to make us feel burdened and uncomfortable.
