I sat through this place with my **** today. an older lady came into the window and blessed her heart, not only me with a smile and hi there, but (only dog lovers will understand) made a great deal as beautiful he is. herself she asked if she could buy him a timbit that he enjoyed very much. he was so enthusiastic about her friendly, loving ton and tasty! He is my dear and joyful of 8 years, so that someone actually acknowledge him and made a damper over him let me smile and thank her. it is a precious stone, the quality of animals reproves the true heart. it also made my few minutes wait until our 3 meals pass. bravo and thank you for your quality. most needed in these difficult times, they are the little things like these that make their day! I think her name tag reads pauline or something. give the dame a lift!

It will always be annoying when I go on the drive thru and a woman talks about the other, where is the professionalism!,? when that is not enough, the woman who makes the food, it passes and slams it on the counter, I feel like disturbing her. if she is not happy to work with publicity, then maybe she is better suited for factory work or somewhere that does not concern publicity! update: I stand corrected his automated system that repeats what the employees say and it repeats immediately after they say something, its still annoying! and if the management can turn off the system, then they should!

They could probably go into a zoo and train a monkey for 5 minutes and he would have a better work here then some workers who work here.

The ordered beef sandwich and for 11 dollars got a bun with slices of roast beef and cut into half. I had ordered two brat sandwiches, and I did.

If I could give this place is zero, I absolutely would. I’m shocked that there are so many five star reviews, but happy to see the overall rating drop. It’s clear that management and ownership only care about their bottom line. The drive-through is constantly littered with garbage and cigarette butts. The service is absolutely atrocious. You could sit in the lineup for over 15 minutes some days. This week I had the cranky old lady who works the window spill coffee all over me without an apology. I believe everyone who is willing to work hard should have decent employment, but management should know their employees strengths. This cranky old lady should not be working in a client facing role. Over the years I have called and complained about certain things to management and absolutely nothing has changed. This is the problem with our capitalist economy. No one takes pride in their business anymore.
