After using the restroom, I felt like I had walked into a homeless shelter. There were cigarette butts in the toilet and urine and toilet paper all over the floor. We ended up waiting for 15 minutes with no response, so we decided to leave. View all feedback.

Coney dogs are a beautiful artery clogging abomination which sonic has perfected or at least managed to make very cheap.
Always friendly but they do make occasional mistakes. They are very busy all the time though
Service was ok lady taking our order was in to big of a rush that night. Not letting me finish talking before asking if that was all
Gotta love some Sonic. Centralia restaurant was hot, fresh and swift to bring us our order.
