The chicken was tough, as if it were leftover from lunch. This is the second time I've had a disappointing experience with my order. I’m sorry, KFC, but I’ve decided to move on.

They don’t communicate with each other and have u waiting 20 mi... read more Most incompetent group of bafoons to ever run a KFC/A&W don’t ever accept a doordash order here. They don’t communicate with each other and have u waiting 20 minutes for something that was already canceled. Every time I go here, there’s a number of upset guests before me and when it comes my turn, looks like I’m the next one to get disappointed. Terrible service. No communication with the customers or each other. And insane wait times. I’ve boycotted this restaurant.
