Luna Tapas is one of the three restaurants located at the Costabella Tropical Beach Resort on Mactan Island. It is open from 6 pm until late, attracting a crowd that enjoys tapas, drinks, playing pool or darts, and watching sports on one of the two large flat screen televisions.
